Data Encryption at Rest

All personal data stored on our servers is encrypted using current industry standards. Payment identifiers tied to UPI, Paytm and PhonePe are tokenised so raw account numbers are never stored in plaintext on our systems.

Cookie Management Controls

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep your session active and optional analytics cookies to improve the platform. You can review and adjust your cookie preferences at any time from the cookie settings panel in your account.

Account Access Security

Your account is protected by password authentication and optional two-factor verification. We log all login attempts and flag unusual access patterns so you are notified promptly if something looks out of the ordinary.

Data Retention Schedule

Transaction data is retained only for as long as required by applicable financial regulations in India. Account profile data is removed within 90 days of a verified account closure request, except where law requires longer retention.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data only with processors who directly support platform operations — such as payment gateway partners handling UPI and Paytm flows. Each processor signs a data processing agreement before receiving any account data from us.

Request and Correction Process

You have the right to request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate records, or ask for erasure where legally permitted. Submit a request via the privacy desk email or through the account settings panel and we handle it within 30 days.

We collect your name, email address, mobile number and date of birth at registration. When you add a payment method, we also record the identifiers associated with your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe account to process transactions securely.

Payment identifiers from UPI, Paytm and PhonePe are tokenised immediately on receipt. We never store raw VPA addresses or wallet credentials — only the token our payment processor issues, which is useless outside our secure environment.

Yes. Submit a data access request via the privacy desk email or through the account settings panel. We will compile and send you a structured copy of your personal data within 30 days of verifying your identity.

Send a deletion request to our privacy email or raise it through the account settings panel. Once your account is closed and the mandatory retention period under Indian financial regulations has passed, we remove your profile and transaction data.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help operate the platform — payment processors, infrastructure partners and fraud detection services — each bound by a signed data processing agreement with strict confidentiality terms.
